• Flowers always prefer to stay in temperatures between 8 to 22 degrees Celsius, Keep flowers away from direct sunlight, heating or cooling vents, direct drafts from a ceiling fan and the tops of televisions or radiators.

• When your flowers arrive in an arrangement form, i.e., flowers wrapped in floral foam, all you need to do is keep the foam wet over the day.
• Simply pour water on the foam to properly hydrate it. In the case of an arrangement, you don’t need to cut the stems.
• Some stems may arrive in bloomed, semi-bloomed, or in the bud stage to ensure that your flowers are just the finest and freshest stems for as long as possible. This is carried out to protect the flowers even more long-lasting.
• While we always strive to ensure that products are accurately represented in our photographs, flowers are subject to availability or regional restrictions, our florists may be required to substitute one or more flowers for a variety of equal or greater quality, appearance, and value.
